		<description>Everything in moderation my friend. There is always going to be something (for me it&#039;s football). So long as you still maintain a decent exercise program, the occasional slip isn&#039;t so bad.</description>

		<description>You hit the nail on the head - there is &lt;em&gt;always something&lt;/em&gt; going on. If it&#039;s not baseball, it&#039;s Halloween, or Christmas, or the first night of a movie you&#039;ve been waiting to see, or an old friend coming in to town....we really have to be clear about our goals and commit to a healthy lifestyle, and be honest with ourselves about whether we are using excuses or not (hey, the same goes for me, too! ;) ). 

You really can stick to your healthy lifestyle, and the more you do it during all of those &quot;special times&quot;, the more you will be able to see that you can be successful. Focus on the fun at the event, not the food. :)</description>
