		<description>Get up an hour or so earlier and work out then.  I&#039;m a busy person too and find my evenings and weekends eaten up by working late, shopping/cooking/eating, social events, gardening, attending to reading and other hobbies, blah blah blah.  After a few aborted attempts at working out daily I switched to mornings.  I haven&#039;t looked back - in addition to actually having the time, gyms are often less busy in the morning, it feels great to be out at 5:30 before it gets too hot, and I find it improves my day at work too.

(And welcome to the &quot;married&quot; club, I joined in January and it&#039;s great!)</description>

Before I got married I lost 40 pounds to get down to 175. 15 years later I was up to 325. It wasn&#039;t until another 7 years passed until I finally did something about it. Do yourself and your new bride a favor and don&#039;t follow my example. You&#039;ll both be better off in the long run.

Here&#039;s to a long, healthy life together for the both of you!</description>
