I am also under the impression that sweat is the body&#039;s way of regulating temperature.  Along those lines I figured that it wouldn&#039;t be necessary and the body wouldn&#039;t sweat.</description>

		<description>I totally agree with your post about swimming being such a great exercise (as I was a competitive swimmer for many years).  However, I do have to disagree with your comment, &quot;There’s no sweating. Instead of your body getting so hot that it feels like it’s on fire, it remains a nice normal temperature.&quot;  Your body temperature is being regulated by the water around it, which is why you remain cool.  You do sweat...quite a bit.  I think this is an important point to note because your readers may neglect staying hydrated during an aquatic workout.</description>
