Aside from that whole possibility of too high estrogen levels and growing a disturbing set of moobs, I love edamame; taste and health benefits. I ate it just yesterday. BirdsEye, I think, has these great convenient bags you can just toss in the microwave and steam them, sprinkle on a little flavored salt, shake, and devour. Now it may reduce sperm count? Hmmm, I think I'm in the mood for edamame for lunch.

A tasty snack and contraceptive that's inexpensive and healthy? Some people might view that as a win-win.

It's been mentioned for a few years in Men's Health now. I don't think it's an isolated study.

I personally takes things like that with a grain of salt. It's one study, and it was on the news (We know the news is all about sensationalism)!

I think it all comes down to portion control, the "all things in moderation" mindset. And edemame is a lot better than munchin' on a bunch of greasy chips! :)
