		<description>I think everyone is getting sick of the pushups.  I&#039;m still stuck in week 03 but on the flip side, I&#039;m able to do more pushups that ever before so that is good.</description>

		<description>I can relate to the pushups starting to wear on you. I&#039;ve been doing them for 5 weeks now, and it&#039;s starting to get to me a bit.  I don&#039;t look that forward to it as I was. On the plus side, I know I am getting stronger, and that is encouraging.  

I&#039;m considering working onthe pushups for a couple more weeks, and then moving to a new routine or 6 days of workouts, 3 weights, 3 cardio.

We&#039;ll see!</description>
