I missed the update last Friday as I was on a company trip.
- Body Stats: I just weighed myself and it came up with 169lbs. My Tanita scale reads 21.0% body fat – a gain of 1% more fat. My Omron handheld fat analyzer reads 17.3% – it’s up another 2%. The average of those two is 19.3%. It’s a bit of a roller coaster, but it feels like it’s just within the range of the amount of water in my body or the last thing I ate.
- Exercise: Using my Exercise Matrix, my 2 days of what I’d say is about a 2-level intensity exercise earns me a 8 rating on the scale of 0-98. It’s better than 0 showing of last week and may just be starting a real routine.
- Diet: I did a little better than last week, earning a B-. I have mentioned a couple of the more healthy meals that I’ve had. Next time, I’ll talk about the new super food, I’ve been adding to my daily routine.
