I missed the update last Friday as I was on a company trip.
- Body Stats: I just weighed myself and it came up with 169lbs - a gain of 0.5lbs from last week. My Tanita scale reads 20.0% body fat - a loss of 1% more fat. My Omron handheld fat analyzer reads 15.3% - I’m back to where I was two weeks ago. The average of those two last week was 19% and this week it’s 17.6% (slightly rounded). It brings me almost exactly where I was two weeks ago. I think that last week was just within the range of error.
- Exercise: Using my Exercise Matrix, my 0 days of what I’d say is about a 0-level intensity exercise earns me a 0 rating on the scale of 0-98. I was hoping that would be humorous, but that was just a sad showing.
- Diet: I did about the same as last week, earning a C+. I had a few slip-ups especially during that company-sponsored getaway. However I rebounded with a couple of good meals including a Subway Club in a low-carb wrap.
