		<description>I don&#039;t like vegetables either.  The ones you mentioned are most palatable raw, mixed in with a salad.  Yes, my salads have too much cheese and dressing, but at least I get in some good vegetables.

Also you can chop those vegetables very small and add them to other things you are (or someone is) cooking like meatloaf and spaghetti sauce.  I also put finely grated carrots or zucchini in banana bread.  Frozen spinach keeps well.

My worst vices are that I love dessert (and also eat it) and I don&#039;t like most vegetables unless they&#039;re in another food group (pinto beans are a protein, potatoes are a starch, iceberg lettuce is a water, for example).  Also, I don&#039;t get enough sleep.</description>

Ask around and find a doctor who will take time for your concerns and talk to you.  (not impossible). No one should do any testing without your informed consent.  Have a loved one go with you on the first visit.</description>
