		<description>I agree 100% with setting attainable goals.

The challenge of losing 50 pounds is a huge impediment to most people.

Try thinking of it this way.

Instead of having to lose 50 lbs, you only need to lose 1 lb...50 times.

Be happy to drop that 1 pound. It&#039;s an accomplishment...and a tough one at that.

Then, do the hard work required to lose another pound...and so on</description>
