Im forced to break outta my recum.bike rut and use whatever machines they have in the dinky exercise room :)

that said, Im also one to get up as early as I need to to have some ME TIME before the MEeting time starts.</description>

		<description>Yes, travel and hotel life can reek havoc on a fitness program.  I deal with this constantly.  Things I&#039;ve done to help:
- Talk more at dinner and eat less (by eating slower we fill up before we&#039;ve eaten 10 servings).
- Walk around the hotel.  Even if it is for just five or ten minutes, rather than watching CNN or ESPN, just go for a walk around the property.</description>
