Healthy Tools: The Foreman Grill and the Olive Oil Sprayer

I was fortunate enough to be given a couple of great gifts recently. Each of them should help us live easier and healthier than before.

This George Foreman Grill really does knock out the fat as it says. It’s amazing how much fat can end up in that drip tray. The Foreman Grill has been around for quite some time, but it’s always been difficult to clean. I would often end up with a pool of grease around the grill after I was done cleaning. However, with the removable plates it’s easy to wash off in the sink and set to dry.

This Olive Oil Sprayer takes just a little bit of olive oil and coats pots, pans, and even the aforementioned George Foreman Grill.

When we use both of these together, we can prepare some very impressive healthy dinners, quick and easy with little or no clean-up.

great website. I too use the foreman grill quite regularly…the one with the removable plates are a great way to keep your grill clean.
