		<description>I know what you&#039;re talking about. I believe that October through December are the most difficult months to stay in the swing of workout.

But... the more focused you stay this time of year, the better the start of next year.

		<description>I know many that have resorted to full body workouts 3 times per week.  Usually these folks  are hard pressed for time, so they usually pop into the gym during lunch for a 30 minute full body session.  While these workouts are brief, they are very intense and beneficial.  

Good luck on getting back into the swing of things.</description>
