		<description>We try to keep fruit in the house.  I like the 100 calorie packs of chips/cookies, etc for when I need a sugar fix.  South Beach cookies are good also.  Raisins, either 1/4 or 1/2 cup.  A toasted english muffin with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter makes a good bedtime snack.  Baby carrots make a good crunchy fix.</description>

that said, for NORMAL PEEPS :) youve got the perfect listing of simple fast snacks.
