In-home training may not be the best option for some people. As you mentioned, they may not stick to it because it doesn't cost them anything. However, it can be an excellent alternative to someone who spends a lot of time at home, has kids, or is trying to save money. Heck, it's even great for people who just want more time to do other things!

The only thing that ever keeps me on target with exercising at home is accountabilty. My fiance and I are doing the 100 pushup challenge (with varying success), and pretty consistantly, when one of us wants to slack off, the other is ready to offer a kick to the rear. We only have problems on days when our schedules don't line up, so by the time we're both around, it's past midnight and we're both too tired!
