The 100 push-up program has a test to gauge what a good starting point is. If it were me, I'd look towards that.

Anything is better than nothing in my opinion, but 10 a day doesn't seem like a lot to me. Everyone is different though.

I have a 13yr old son that is interested in doing push ups. He is wanting to start out with 10 push ups a day to get started. Is it bad that he only wants to do 10 a day to start or should he start out with 3 sets of 10? I have a person arguing with my son telling him he needs to do no less than 30 push ups a day? Shouldn't it be the decision of the person trying to do this push up exercise? please give input?
Thank you

Good to see other people doing the challenge.

Here’s my progress. I’ve been stuck on week 5 due to time constraints, an almost non existent sleep schedule, and just plain being tired from biking and running.

Been trying to lose the post-baby weight I've been carrying around for over 6 years. So I started an exercise program 2 weeks ago. Ugh. 1 1/2 hours a day of aerobics and weight training.

My big problem is that I have eating habits I need to improve. I eat twice as much as my husband if you can believe it. So despite all the work/activity, it's a slow process for me...
