		<description>My wife loves Paula Deen, but I agree that her foods, along with a lot of the chefs on Food Network (including Emeril) make a ton of unhealthy foods, for obvious reasons.

If you saw how much butter goes in the average restaurant dish (including ethnic foods) you&#039;d never eat out again.  Plenty of chefs would agree that butter makes everything &lt;i&gt;taste&lt;/i&gt; better.</description>
