Im way too lazy to make my own muesli.

Every morning some good old high fiber cereal and Im good to go.

Even though I got some tips on my blog, I usually go for the cereal.

My version of healthy breakfast would be oat porridge with soya powder and salt to taste. The soya powder adds fragrance to the otherwise bland oat. I take this whenever I have a busy day ahead which deprives me of mid day snack. This oat keeps me satisfied till lunch. Sometimes, my mid day snack would be a slice of fruit or an apple. I simply love fruits, I take them more than an average person.

Having a plan is a big piece to the puzzle.
I love making my own muesli! I let it soak a couple of minutes in milk, and I add slices of a banana and flax seeds. It's delicious! :)
